Restore Nature Now March
22nd June 2024 in London

restorenaturenowmarch On 22nd June 2024, just days before the General Election, 60,000 - 100,000 people, representing over 300 different organisations, gathered in central London to march to the Houses of Parliament, to demand action to stop the decline in our biodiversity and for the government to implement laws to Restore Nature Now!

Amongst them were a team from Keeping It Wild, the youth group of the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, and a small team from Hothouse Theatre's Youth Group. This is their report.

Fronted by some of the biggest names in conservation, this was the largest gathering in the country ever calling for action on biodiversity.
