Hothouse Theatre’s youth project, has been running for about 15 years.
It all started messing around making short films on the Brickyard Estate. It has over time developed to include reporting on fun things to do, film festivals, audio projects, as wwell as doing a bit of drama into the bargain.
The young people are between the ages of 10 – 18 and are in control of the projects they undertake, and are involved in all aspects of the productions and reports.
Summer School 26 is a chance to get involved with the group.
During the summer school we will be doing interviewing, introduction to creating audio and film pieces and reporting on visitor attraction in Nottingham.
All sessions are free, though booking is ensential. Places are limited.

Over the years the project has produced short films, radio style audio dramas, reports on projects of interest and podcasts.
